About Me

My name's Deepshikha. I'm a 2015 University of Pittsburgh graduate and currently work as a paralegal.

I'm a 1.5 generation Indian American - my parents came to the USA when I was just 3 months old! So I've been giving back to people just like me by helping them navigate the complex and byzantine visa processes of this country. As an immigration paralegal, I've changed the lives of so many people. 

I also co-founded Rangoli Pittsburgh, a community initiative dedicated to creating community for and uplifting the voices of LGBTQ+ South Asians in Pittsburgh. I've written, graphic designed, fundraised, built power for Rangoli - you name it, I've done it!

In my free time, I like to climb, cook, play music in a casual jam crew, and travel. Can't wait to hear from you!
